Was the brother of Peter. He preached the gospel to many Asiatic nations; but on his arrival at Edessa he was taken and crucified on a cross, the two ends of which were fixed transversely in the ground. Hence the derivation of the term, St. Andrew's Cross.

20- Psalm 103

verse 11-12
"For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is His steadfast love toward those who fear Him;
as far as the east is from the west, so far does He remove our transgressions from us. "

Happy Resurrection Day!
Even though I am quite sleepy as I write this, I must say that Easter may be my favorite holiday. I was pondering this tonight a bit....
What a day! To celebrate the life I have. I worship the beautiful service of my Christ, My Messiah.

Jesus, I thank You for life. I thank You for giving me the opportunity to truly live. Far too much do I concern myself with how You can bless me, when You have already given the most priceless and beautiful gift: Your very life. I love you Jesus and I am proud to say You are my friend, my King, and my God.
I give my life to You.

17- Good Friday

Last night, as I sit through a Good Friday service. I just cried.
Hurting because of old wounds.
Disappointed I let them be opened back up.
Overwhelmed realizing Jesus does ALL the work in my life. - There is nothing I can do to be a better man, except to let Jesus make me one.
Concerning my last post, I realized I am a broken, filthy, tattered rose. I am broken. I am messed up. I have issues.
And Jesus wants me. He WANTS me.
Thank You Lord, YOU will never let me down.
Holy Spirit, help me give you EVERYTHING You want... ALL of me.
I love you Jesus.
May Your power of death manifest in me

15- April

So, we are already at the beginning of April nearing spring (although the weather lately doesn't confirm this premise). Already 4 months into the year. Have I spent it well. I hope so. I have done my best to sumbit to God in all things and have enjoyed seeing Him work in me though at times it has been difficult.
I just want to be near God.
I want to have all that He has for me.
In one month I will walk a stage, signifying that my training is over. It is then time to fulfill whatever God has planned out for me. I will always be learning, but I want to jump into my destiny. I do not know what it is, but I will do it
Lord, make me ready.
Here I am. I am Yours.
